Winn Community Health Center, Inc. sends out monthly statements detailing the medical services rendered. Each statement itemizes charges from every doctor visited that month, along with any laboratory or procedure expenses incurred. These charges are listed once on the statement corresponding to the month of service and will subsequently only show up in the total balance. If your statement indicates an outstanding amount in the Balance Due section, this sum is your financial obligation and must be settled upon receipt of the statement. Following the processing of your insurance claim, any applicable co-payment will be invoiced to your balance due.
