Originally from New Orleans, LA, Jenna Seets, FNP-C/AGACNP-BC, received her bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LAin August 2011. In her 8-year nursing career she started her career on the stepdown unit and critical care unit as a registered nurse at Christus- Highland Shreveport Bossier, and later the Pediatric Intensive Care Units at Louisiana State University. After working at LSU for 5 years, she went on the receive a Master’s of Science in nursing from University of South Alabama in May 2018. While attending USA, Jenna was inducted into two nursing honor societies Golden Key Society and Sigma Theta Tau. She also a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jenna is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and a certified Adult-Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner American Nurses Credentialing Center. She began her employment with Bienville Community Health Center in Ringgold, LA as a Primary Care Provider in December 2018.  Jenna and her family reside in Bossier City, LA.

Originally from North Louisiana, Amber Putscher, FNP-C, first received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in chemistry from Northwestern State University. She then received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College. Amber worked as a certified RN in hospice and palliative care and case management for 11 years. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. After 9 years in Fort Worth, TX, Amber and her family moved back home to Louisiana to fill the nurse practitioner position here at Bienville CHC. During her time in college, Amber was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau and was also invited to join the National Society of Leadership and Success.

 Amber is a member of and certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She and her husband reside in Haughton and raise two children and a boxer. 

Mailah Panaligan-Paterno, with a rich background in nursing from the Philippines to the US, champions patient advocacy. Her journey began with a BSN from St. Luke’s College of Nursing in 1995, funded by a full scholarship, leading to a 29-year career in acute care across three countries. In Saudi Arabia, she was recognized as "Nurse of the Year" for her outstanding clinical practice. Moving to the US in 2016, she continued her passion for Hematology/Oncology nursing at Willis-Knighton Medical Center North. Alongside her work, Mailah earned her MSN from NSULA in 2023, specializing in Adult Gerontology. She's certified in Medical-Surgical and Oncology Nursing and is active in professional nursing associations. Mailah is dedicated to educating patients and their families, especially the elderly with chronic conditions, emphasizing the importance of preventive care. Besides her professional life, she enjoys family time, gardening, cooking, and traveling.

Dr. Jun Sang Cho is a native of South Korea. Jun graduated from Korea Aerospace University in 1988 with a degree in Avionics and became a software engineer. In 2007, he moved to the United States of America and decided to make a career change. He is a 2011 graduate of Utah Valley University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After graduation, he enrolled in Nova Southeastern University and earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree in 2015. Jun is married and has one son and they reside in Shreveport, La. He enjoys playing tennis and has recently achieved his goal of completing a 5K marathon. 

Wendy was born in Shreveport, Louisiana and was raised in Houston, Texas and Bossier City, Louisiana . She is a graduate of Airline High School and the University of Louisiana-Monroe(ULM). Wendy received her pharmacy degree from ULM in 2009. She brings 21 years of pharmacy experience to Bienville Community Health Center Pharmacy including experience in hospital, community, and acute care pharmacy. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles and restoring cars with her 2 sons.

Therah was born in Monroe, LA, and reared in Minden, LA. She is a graduate of Minden

High School and received her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008 from Southern University at Shreveport. Prior to becoming a hygienist, Therah toured nationally with various stage productions, in which she acted and sang. She is known locally for her love of the Arts. In her spare time, Therah enjoys singing, acting, and spending time with her two daughters.
