Dr. Angela Odom-Austin is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dillard University in New Orleans and earned her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine.
Following her training, Dr. Odom-Austin practiced and taught medicine in eastern Virginia for over twenty years. Her experience includes residential care of children at the Virginia School for the Deaf, Blind, and Multi-Handicapped, as well as work in managing moderate to severe asthma, extremely premature infants, and adult addiction medicine.
Dr. Odom-Austin has a wide range of medical interests, including neurology, genetics, space health, and community health. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and bringing her extensive experience to the communities she serves.
Dr. James Michael Belue is a Family Practice Physician with over 40 years of medical experience. He has cared for patients in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, emergency rooms, assisted living and long-term care facilities, mental health facilities, and private practice. He currently serves as a full-time physician at Lincoln Parish Community Health Center in Ruston, Louisiana.
Dr. Belue believes that successful healthcare is built on a partnership between provider and patient. He encourages patients to take an active role in their wellness by communicating symptoms, concerns, and goals, allowing for more effective and personalized treatment plans.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Belue has served the community as Coroner for Lincoln Parish for over 16 years. He remains dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families.
Dr. Gong earned his Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Biology from East Tennessee State University before obtaining his medical degree and completing his Internal Medicine residency at Meharry College of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee.
Following residency, Dr. Gong worked with the Nashville/Davidson County COVID response team while also practicing at Lacy & Associates clinic. He later transitioned into concierge medicine before joining Louisiana Family Medical Center. He is dedicated to providing quality care and continues to advocate for medically underserved communities.
Dr. Gong has been married for 18 years and has two daughters and one son. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and founded one of the largest outdoor sporting organizations in Tennessee. He has received numerous volunteer and community outreach awards, including Volunteer of the Year at his undergraduate university.
Wynne Dee Lewis Rinicker is a native of New Orleans who moved to Ruston, Louisiana, during her school years and is a proud graduate of Ruston High School. She earned her nursing degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1992 and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2011. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Wynne Dee has experience in surgical care, having worked locally for seven years alongside Dr. Kerry Byrnes before joining the team at Lincoln Community Health Center. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to the patients she serves.
Wynne Dee resides in Ruston and is the mother of one son, Andrew “Garrett.” She enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren, Blakelyn Grace and Winston Spade, and remains committed to serving her community through patient-centered care.
Marynell Hardin is a native of Monroe, Louisiana, and a graduate of Neville High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM) in 1996. She later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Marynell has over 20 years of nursing experience, primarily in critical care, along with additional experience in multiple clinical settings. She has also gained experience in primary care and cardiovascular surgery, providing comprehensive and compassionate care with a focus on wellness and prevention.
Marynell is the proud mother of three daughters and is passionate about serving others with dignity, respect, and integrity. She is committed to lifelong learning and strives to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to her community.
Teresa Brooks is a native of Fordyce, Arkansas, and moved to Ruston, Louisiana in 1994 to attend Louisiana Tech University, where she earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Biology. She later pursued nursing, earning her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2003, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from ULM in 2004, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2007. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2012.
Teresa began her nursing career at St. Francis before joining West Carroll Health Systems, where she served patients for nearly 13 years. Following the clinic’s closure in 2020, she took time away before returning to healthcare and joining Trinity Community Health Systems.
Teresa is married and the mother of one son. In addition to her work in healthcare, she has also explored entrepreneurship by opening a bakery and enjoys balancing her professional and personal life.
Melani Dawn Craig is a native of Hodge, Louisiana, and a graduate of Jonesboro-Hodge High School. She attended Grambling State University, where she earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing.
Melani has experience in pediatrics and newborn nursery care, as well as women’s health and adult medical-surgical nursing. She worked for seven years at NLMC, followed by two years in primary care at Lincoln Community Health Center and two years in rheumatology at Green Clinic. She is passionate about providing quality care and is excited to return to primary care.
Melani resides in Choudrant, Louisiana with her husband, Trey, and their three children, TJ, Caroline, and Addliline. She enjoys spending time with her family and serving her community through compassionate healthcare.
Monte Moore is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner originally from Arkansas and currently residing in Ruston, Louisiana. He brings nearly 30 years of experience as a registered nurse and advanced practice nurse, providing care to a wide range of patients.
Monte is passionate about mental health and is dedicated to delivering compassionate, quality care to individuals in need. He is excited to serve the community through his work with Winn Community Health, helping expand access to behavioral health services across Northwest Louisiana.
Monte is married and has one son. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, exploring Louisiana’s outdoors, riding motorcycles, and cooking dishes inspired by his favorite recipes.
Mary Rowland is a native of Columbia, Louisiana, and a graduate of Caldwell Parish High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northeast Louisiana University (now ULM) in 1992 and has spent much of her career serving patients in southwest Louisiana.
Mary brings years of experience in dental care and is committed to providing quality, compassionate service to her patients. She takes pride in helping individuals maintain their oral health and overall well-being.
Mary is the proud mother of her son, Jordan, and enjoys spending time with her grandson, Kase. She values family and brings a warm, caring approach to both her personal and professional life.
Stephen Vessel is a native of Monroe, Louisiana, and was raised in West Monroe. He graduated from Cedar Creek School and Louisiana Tech University before earning his pharmacy degree from Northeast Louisiana University in 1995.
Stephen brings over 25 years of pharmacy experience to Lincoln Community Health Center and is dedicated to serving his community through quality patient care. His passion for healthcare is rooted in giving back and supporting those around him.
Stephen resides in Ruston with his wife, Dr. Amy Vessel, and their two sons, Brandon and John Davis. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Ruston Community Theatre and FCA Board of Directors. In his spare time, he enjoys running marathons and participating in community theatre.
