Dr. Kenechi Anuligo was born in the United Kingdom and raised in Michigan before moving to Los Angeles, California. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California (USC) and his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean in Sint Maarten.
With years of experience in Family Medicine, Dr. Anuligo has served as a Medical Director for state and county facilities, worked in private practice across several states, and provided care through Federally Qualified Health Centers. He is passionate about patient-centered, compassionate care, treating every patient as he would a member of his own family.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Anuligo enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing music, and staying active through swimming, jogging, and cycling.
Terri Robberts, FNP-C, is a native of Chatham, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in December 2006, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. She later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in May 2010 and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Terri has experience working in the emergency department at Winn Parish Medical Center and has continued to serve patients in that setting while also providing care in primary care. She joined Winn Community Health Center in April 2012 and is dedicated to delivering quality, compassionate care to her patients. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Terri resides in Winn Parish with her husband, Andy, and their three children—twin daughters, Sadie and Sarah, and their son, Owen.
Dr. Jennette Bergstedt-Cormier is a board-certified pediatrician who earned her medical training at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She has been board certified since 1994 and served as chief resident at LSU Medical Center before beginning her practice in Sulphur, Louisiana.
Dr. Bergstedt-Cormier has extensive experience in pediatrics, including years in private practice in Lake Charles. She is passionate about caring for children and values building strong relationships with both her patients and their families. Her approach focuses on treating the whole family as a team to support each child’s health and development.
Dr. Bergstedt-Cormier is dedicated to providing compassionate, family-centered care and is proud to be part of a community-focused healthcare setting.
Candace Hubbard, FNP-C, is a native of Campti, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2005 and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in May 2013. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is an active member of both the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Candace has experience in perinatal nursing, having worked for eight years as a Registered Nurse at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. She joined the Winn Community Health Center team in August 2013 and provides care at the Winnfield Primary School-Based Clinic. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to her patients.
Candace is married and has two children who attend Winnfield Senior High School. She is also an active member of Fairview Baptist Church in Campti, Louisiana.
Stephanie Simmons is a native of Winnfield, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Family Practice from Grambling State University.
Stephanie brings over 25 years of experience in the medical field, including more than 12 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about helping patients understand and manage their health, with a focus on education, prevention, and building lasting relationships through compassionate care.
Stephanie is married and the mother of three children, and she is also a proud grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
Lacey Gorham McManus is a native of Winnfield, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2009 and is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Lacey has practiced in family medicine in Winnfield since 2009 and joined the Winn Community Health Center team in June 2024. She enjoys all aspects of healthcare, with a focus on wellness and disease prevention for patients of all ages. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to her community.
Lacey is married to Trey McManus and has three children, Finlay, Micah, and Chase. She is actively involved in her community, serving as a Winn Parish School Board member for District 1 and as a member of First Baptist Church of Winnfield.

Mallorie Parham, PA-C, is a native of Jena, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Louisiana Tech University in 2017 and later obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from LSU Health Sciences Center Shreveport in 2019.
Mallorie has experience in both a surgical specialty and primary care over the past five years. She is passionate about primary care and values building strong, lasting relationships with her patients while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Mallorie enjoys spending time with her husband, Alan, and their two daughters, Finlay and Danni. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and being outdoors with her family, and she looks forward to serving the community of Winn Parish and surrounding areas.
Dr. James Morris is a prescribing Medical Psychologist in Louisiana with more than 30 years of experience providing clinical services to adults, children, and adolescents. He completed his doctoral training in clinical psychology and neuroscience at the University of Wyoming and Virginia Commonwealth University.
Dr. Morris has specialized training in clinical neuropsychology and brings extensive experience in pediatric psychology, forensic psychology, and mental health administration. He has also served as a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry with the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
Dr. Morris is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Louisiana Academy of Medical Psychologists and is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered mental health care.
Dr. Gentry Haughton is a board-certified podiatrist specializing in the medical treatment of
the foot, ankle, and lower extremities. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Haughton is
dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care to patients of all ages, from
athletes to seniors.
After earning a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Dr. William Scholl College of
Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Dr. Haughton
completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency at West Houston Medical Center, where she gained extensive training in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, trauma, and sports medicine. Dr. Haughton is also certified in advanced wound care and is a trusted resource for the management of complex diabetic foot ulcers and infections
.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Haughton enjoys traveling with her husband, Brandon, son
Embry, and daughter Laney. Dr. Haughton loves being active with her four dogs.
Steve Martin Burnum, RPh, is a dedicated healthcare professional and proud native of Winn Parish, currently residing in Calvin, Louisiana. A graduate of Calvin High School, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in December 1995.
Licensed by the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy, Steve brings more than 26 years of experience in community pharmacy, serving the residents of Winn Parish with compassion, consistency, and a deep commitment to patient care. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted presence at Wal-Mart Pharmacy, Fred’s Pharmacy, and Express Rx of Winnfield, where he has built lasting relationships and made a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the community.
Known for his approachable nature and dedication to service, Steve continues to play an essential role in improving access to quality healthcare for local families.
Dr. Julie Evans is originally from Goldonna LA. She earned a BA in Addiction and Psychology in 2012, and a MA in Counseling in 2014 from Northwestern State University. She later completed a Ph.D. in 2024 from the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans in Counseling, Education, and Supervision.
Dr. Evans is committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults find healing and hope. She provides support for students and individuals facing a wide range of challenges, with a special focus on those who have experienced abuse. Guided by compassion and her faith, Dr. Evans integrates Christian values with professional counseling to support clients on their journey towards wholeness.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys expressing her creativity through art, spending time with her family, walking, bike riding, and Bible study.
Chip Little is a lifelong resident of Winn Parish, Louisiana, and a graduate of Winnfield High School. He earned his Pharmacy degree from the University of Louisiana Monroe and has dedicated his career to serving his community.
Chip brings over 35 years of experience as a pharmacist, working in both hospital and retail settings. He is known for his commitment to patient care and his dedication to improving the health and well-being of those he serves.
Chip is proud to continue caring for the Winnfield community and values the relationships he has built with generations of local families.
Dr. Hedrick is a Louisiana native with deep roots in Rapides and Grant Parishes, bringing both clinical expertise and a strong commitment to community-centered care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Hedrick provides a comprehensive, patient-focused approach to care, with experience in spinal manipulation, myofascial therapy, therapeutic exercise, non-surgical spinal decompression, and rehabilitation for auto accident injuries. He is passionate about delivering holistic, evidence-based care that helps patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hedrick enjoys hunting, fishing, raising livestock, and gardening, and values spending time with his wife and two children—reflecting his belief in living a balanced, active, and healthy lifestyle.
Kimberly is a native of Winnfield, Louisiana, and earned her Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern State University in 2001. She later completed her Doctorate in Education from Northwestern State University in 2022.
With more than 22 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Kimberly has worked with diverse populations in both clinical and higher education settings. Licensed in Louisiana and Texas, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care and supporting the well-being of those she serves.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys hiking, gardening, “chasing waterfalls,” and spending time with family and friends.
