Dr. Rainwater grew up in Bossier City, Louisiana, and graduated from Bossier High School. He attended Centenary College for his undergraduate degree and then LSU Medical Center in Shreveport for medical school. Following receipt of his medical degree, he stayed at LSU Medical Center for his residency and internship. Dr. Rainwater began his medical career as an Emergency Room physician and for 12 years working in ERs at a variety of hospitals in the area. For the last 10 years, he has been in private practice specializing in primary care for the whole family. Additionally, Dr. Rainwater is a FAA appointed medical examiner for aviation flight physicals and is certified to perform CDL physicals. He is happily married to his wife Tammy, and has four children, Derek, Allison, Megan and Summer, as well as three grandchildren. During his time off he enjoys traveling, fishing, and playing tennis.
Dr. Gong obtained a Bachelor's in Chemistry and Bachelor's in Biology from East Tennessee State University. He then went on to obtain his medical degree and residency training (Internal Medicine) from Meharry College of Medicine in Nashville, Tennessee. After residency, Or. Gong worked for the Nashville/Davidson County COVID response team while also working at Lacy & Associates clinic. He later ventured into concierge medicine before making his home at Louisiana Family Medical Center. Dr. Gong has been married for 18 years and has 2 daughters and a son. He is an avid outdoorsman and founded one of the largest outdoor sporting organizations in Tennessee in 2009, He is the recipient of numerous volunteer and community outreach awards, including Volunteer of the Year, at his undergraduate university and continues to be an advocate for the medically underserved.
Dr. Waterfallen is a Louisiana native who graduated from Centenary College and continued on to complete his medical training at LSU Medical School in Shreveport, LA. He currently holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. Dr. Waterfallen has been a physician for 47 years, with 41 years of experience as an emergency room medicine physician and the last 6 years specializing in primary care. Dr. Waterfallen is happily married to Debra and they have two children, Ryan and Eric, as well as two grandchildren, whom he adores. In his free time Dr. Waterfallen enjoys sports and exercising; he has completed 50 triathlons over the past 15 years. He also volunteers as the team doctor for Evangel Christian Academy's Football Team.
Megan grew up in Bossier City and graduated from Benton High School in 2017. She obtained her master's level education in 2024 at Northwestern State University in Shreveport and graduated with a Magna Cum Laude honors in family medicine. Megan has extensive experience in adult and pediatric primary care, having worked in both specialties throughout school and after graduation. When Megan isn't working, she enjoys is spending time with her husband Dylan and caring for their mini labradoodle, Stormie.
Randy decided to pursue a career as an adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner because this patient population often presents with a multitude of acute and chronic conditions in need of optimization to maintain a good quality of life. He enjoys applying his background in the biological sciences and advanced nursing practice to tailor a holistic treatment plan to each patient's unique circumstances while keeping up with current evidence-based practice. Randy's downtime is split between visiting bookstores, coffee shops, and the shooting range. He also enjoys hanging out with family and friends.
