Dr. Rainwater is a native of Bossier City, Louisiana, and a graduate of Bossier High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Centenary College and completed medical school at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport. Following graduation, he remained at LSU Medical Center to complete his residency and internship.
Dr. Rainwater began his career as an Emergency Room physician, working in ERs at various hospitals in the area for 12 years. He has since spent the last 10 years in private practice, specializing in primary care for patients of all ages. He is also an FAA-appointed medical examiner for aviation flight physicals and is certified to perform CDL physicals.
Dr. Rainwater is married to his wife, Tammy, and has four children—Derek, Allison, Megan, and Summer—as well as three grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, and playing tennis.
Dr. Waterfallen is a Louisiana native who graduated from Centenary College and completed his medical training at LSU Medical School in Shreveport, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine.
Dr. Waterfallen has been a physician for 47 years, including 41 years in emergency room medicine and the past 6 years specializing in primary care. His extensive experience reflects a long-standing commitment to providing quality care to his patients and community.
Dr. Waterfallen is married to his wife, Debra, and has two children, Ryan and Eric, as well as two grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys sports and exercising and has completed 50 triathlons over the past 15 years. He also volunteers as the team doctor for Evangel Christian Academy’s football team.
Megan is a native of Bossier City, Louisiana, and a graduate of Benton High School. She earned her master’s level education from Northwestern State University in Shreveport in 2024, graduating Magna Cum Laude in family medicine.
Megan has experience in both adult and pediatric primary care, having worked in these areas throughout her education and after graduation. She is committed to providing quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, Dylan, and caring for their mini labradoodle, Stormie.
Randy is an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to caring for patients with complex acute and chronic conditions. He chose this field to help improve quality of life through thoughtful, individualized care.
Randy utilizes his background in biological sciences and advanced nursing practice to develop holistic treatment plans tailored to each patient, while staying current with evidence-based practices. His approach focuses on optimizing health outcomes and supporting long-term wellness.
In his spare time, Randy enjoys visiting bookstores and coffee shops, spending time at the shooting range, and relaxing with family and friends.
Amanda Faith is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a native of Bossier City, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN-PMHNP) at Northwestern State University in 2025.
Amanda has experience treating a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mood disorders. She brings a well-rounded background in behavioral health, with four years of experience working in psychiatric settings as a registered nurse and additional experience as a provider in private practice.
She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include swimming, reading, traveling, and fishing with her teenage son.
