Dr. Joseph “Joe” Rustom is a native of Greenwood, MS. In 2010, Joe graduated from Delta State University, Cleveland, MS, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry. During the pursuit of his degree, Joe played football for the Delta State Statesmen. After graduation, he enrolled in the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May, 2014. Joe is married to Leah Rustom, a native of Oakdale, LA. They reside in Winn Parish and have one son and one daughter.

After graduating from Northeast Louisiana University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, Clivette began her career in Winnfield. Over the years, she has proudly served the residents of Winn Parish and surrounding areas to promote and encourage good dental health. In 2012, she became an employee of Winn Community Health Center. Clivette resides in Kelly, Louisiana, with her husband, James, and their two daughters, where they manage their horse and cattle ranch.

Victoria “Tori” Adams, RDH is a Winn parish native and a 2000 graduate of Calvin High School. Tori studied Pre-Dental Hygiene at University of Louisiana at Monroe and left in 2012 to begin her dental career at Winn Community Dental Center as a Dental Assistant. She then received her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant Certification in 2014. With Dr. Joe’s encouragement, she went back to pursue Dental Hygiene at Mississippi Delta Community College in Moorhead, MS. She completed Hygiene school with the highest honors, was inducted into the Hall of Fame and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She spent 8 years working in Mississippi and has returned home to serve her community again.

Tori resides in Brewtons Mill with her daughter Merritt and their Aussiedoodle, June. Outside of work, Tori enjoys spending time with her daughter, following her niece to horse events, and enjoying the outdoors.
