Dr. Joseph “Joe” Rustom is a native of Greenwood, Mississippi. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delta State University in 2010, where he also played football for the Delta State Statesmen. He later obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in May 2014.

Dr. Rustom is dedicated to providing quality dental care and serving his community with compassion and professionalism. His background and experience allow him to care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Rustom is married to Leah Rustom, a native of Oakdale, Louisiana. They reside in Winn Parish and have one son and one daughter.

Clivette is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1986. She began her career in Winnfield and has spent many years serving the residents of Winn Parish and surrounding areas.

Clivette is dedicated to promoting good dental health and encouraging patients to maintain strong oral hygiene. Her long-standing commitment to her community is reflected in the care she provides to each patient. She joined Winn Community Health Center in 2012.

Clivette resides in Kelly, Louisiana with her husband, James, and their two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys managing their horse and cattle ranch and spending time with her family.

Victoria “Tori” Adams, RDH, is a native of Winn Parish and a graduate of Calvin High School. She began her dental career at Winn Community Dental Center as a Dental Assistant and later earned her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant Certification in 2014. She went on to complete her Dental Hygiene training at Mississippi Delta Community College, graduating with highest honors and earning induction into the Hall of Fame and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.

Tori has several years of experience in dental care and is dedicated to promoting oral health and serving her community. After working in Mississippi, she returned home to continue providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients in Winn Parish.

Tori resides in Brewtons Mill with her daughter, Merritt, and their dog, June. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending horse events, and being outdoors.
