Dr. Joseph “Joe” Rustom is a native of Greenwood, MS. In 2010, Joe graduated from Delta State University, Cleveland, MS, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry. During the pursuit of his degree, Joe played football for the Delta State Statesmen. After graduation, he enrolled in the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May, 2014. Joe is married to Leah Rustom, a native of Oakdale, LA. They reside in Winn Parish and have one son and one daughter.

After graduating from Northeast Louisiana University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, Clivette began her career in Winnfield. Over the years, she has proudly served the residents of Winn Parish and surrounding areas to promote and encourage good dental health. In 2012, she became an employee of Winn Community Health Center. Clivette resides in Kelly, Louisiana, with her husband, James, and their two daughters, where they manage their horse and cattle ranch.
