Trinity Community Health Centers of Louisiana has an in-house pharmacy in four (Bienville, East Grant, Lincoln, Winn) of our seven primary care locations to ensure overall care for our patients and a stand-alone retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Services of Winnfield available to all customers. TCHC of Louisiana is funded by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), enabling us to participate in HRSA and the Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA) 340B Drug Pricing Program and offer low-cost prescriptions to our communities. 

Who is Eligible?

 Any patient who uses any of our doctors, nurse practitioners, or dentist as their primary care physician at any of our seven locations (Avoyelles, Bienville, East Grant, Grant, Lincoln, Rapides, Winn Community Health Centers, Winn Community Dental, or any School-Based Clinic) and meets all qualifications of our "Sliding Fee Discount Program" are eligible to receive discounts on any prescription medications that are prescribed by one of our providers or a doctor that our office referred to you. 

About the 340B Program:

 The 340B Program is a particular program offered through the Federal Government courtesy of  HRSA and OPA. This program is designed to provide low-cost medications to the most vulnerable populations.
