Meet Your Providers

Sara is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana College in Pineville. She is a 2017 graduate of Northwestern State University with a Masters in Nursing. She is Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide care to all patients across the lifespan. Sara is certified to perform Wellness exams, DOTD physicals, Specialized Screenings, Chronic care, and treatment of acute illnesses. Sara is excited to expand her family practice by providing quality care to all residents of Avoyelles Parish and the surrounding areas. Sara is married and has one daughter. Her hobbies include cooking and traveling. 

Marian Harris is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who recently joined Avoyelles Community Health Center.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Alcorn State University, a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Southern University and A & M College, and a Post-Master's certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama.  She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Practice at the University of South Alabama.  Marian has experience in a variety of nursing disciplines including Cardiology/Critical Care, clinical research, correctional medicine, rehab nursing, and most recently in Care management and utilization review.  

Marian is married to Dr. William Harris and is the mom to two daughters, Gabby and Alle.  She enjoys reading, cooking new recipes, traveling, and most importantly spending time with her family and friends.

Marian has an interest in the care of the medically underserved as she grew up in a rural area in neighboring Mississippi and saw the health disparities experienced by many in her community.  She believes in providing comprehensive medical care, health maintenance, and preventative care services to each of her patients.  She is currently accepting patients and is excited to provide care to the residents of Avoyelles and surrounding parishes.  

Roshanda Washington, PMHNP-BC, is a lifelong resident of Avoyelles Parish.  She was raised in Simmesport, La. She started her nursing career with a License in Practical Nursing in 1995. Roshanda obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing from LSUA in 2000 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSUA in 2018. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focus from Northwestern State University 2021. Roshanda was employed at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital for 18 years in the medical-surgical service line. Throughout her employment, she served in various roles, including charge Nurse, clinical coordinator, and clinical director. She was employed at Freedom Behavioral Hospital for two years. Roshanda is a member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Simmesport, La. She currently resides in Mansura, La. She is the proud mother of four children (two girls and two boys). 

Roshanda looks forward to meeting the mental health needs of the residents of Avoyelles and surrounding parishes.

Anastasia "Stacy" Guillory is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who recently joined Avoyelles Community Health Center. She earned her certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2018. Stacy has an extensive background in Hospital Emergency Room and ICU service. In her downtime, she enjoys LSU football, Red Sox baseball, and spending time outdoors with her 3 boys.
