Lauren Heaton, FNP-C, has roots in Michigan but found a new home in Louisiana 15 years ago after meeting her husband, Ryan. She kickstarted her nursing journey with a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern State University in 2013. Over the years, Lauren honed her skills across various specializations, including Inpatient Cardiac Telemetry, Intensive Care, Wound Care, and Surgical Services at Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital.

After a decade of dedicated bedside nursing, Lauren advanced her expertise by earning a Master’s in Nursing from Northwestern State University. She's now a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Outside of her professional life, Lauren loves baking, spending time on the water, and cherishing moments with her three children.

Lauren is thrilled to join the South Grant Community Clinic, where she looks forward to delivering top-notch care to the Creola Community.

Clayton Noakes is a native of Dry Prong, Louisiana, and is proud to serve the community he calls home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College and later completed his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Southeastern Louisiana University.

Clayton brings diverse clinical experience, having worked in cardiology at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans and in Interventional Radiology at Rapides Regional Medical Center. He is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care and is dedicated to improving the health of individuals and families in his community.

Clayton is married to his high school sweetheart, Ragan. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, hunting, and bass fishing.
