Robin Roussell, FNP-C, is a native of Grant Parish, Louisiana. She earned her nursing degree from LSU-Alexandria in 1999 and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
As a registered nurse, Robin worked with Christus St. Frances Cabrini School-Based Health Centers for 12 years, gaining valuable experience in community and school-based care. She is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to patients of all ages.
Robin joined the East Grant Community Health Center team in July 2015 at the Grant Community School-Based Clinic and continues to serve her community with compassionate care.
Tom Greer, FNP-C, is a native of Jena, Louisiana, and is proud to serve the East Grant Community Health Center. He earned his Associate Degree in Nursing from LSU-Alexandria in 2008 and later obtained his Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in 2020.
Tom began his career working in the ICU at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, where he gained over a decade of critical care experience. He also brings additional experience in long-term care, providing a strong foundation for delivering comprehensive primary care to his patients.
Tom is passionate about improving quality of life through the treatment of acute and chronic conditions and strives to make each patient feel like part of his extended family. He has been married for 19 years and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to the beach, riding in his Jeep, and listening to music.
Zoe Lacombe is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Brigham Young University–Hawaii in 2016, along with minors in Coaching and Psychology and a post-baccalaureate teaching certificate. She later moved to Louisiana to pursue a career in healthcare and earned her Associate, Bachelor, and Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University, completing her Family Nurse Practitioner training in May 2025.
Zoe has experience working in emergency and trauma settings, including time in the Emergency Room at Cabrini and travel assignments across the country. Her background has provided her with diverse clinical experience and a strong foundation in patient care. She is passionate about treating patients across the lifespan, with a special interest in women’s health, preventive care, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Zoe enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and extended family in both Louisiana and Nevada. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, staying active through workouts and CrossFit, and spending time outdoors.
Lauren is an experienced social worker with over fifteen years of practice across outpatient, school, and home settings. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, providing support in a variety of environments and situations.
Lauren has extensive experience working with at-risk youth, children in foster care, and families navigating challenges such as divorce, school-related concerns, and behavioral issues. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilizes this approach to help clients process and overcome traumatic experiences.
Lauren is skilled in individual, family, and group therapy and is committed to delivering integrated behavioral health services. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve positive outcomes.
Shaundreca Love is an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the healthcare field. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University.
With a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Shaundreca provides comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan, specializing in the treatment of addiction, behavioral, and mental health conditions. Her clinical background includes work in intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient clinics, and community health settings—allowing her to bring a well-rounded and adaptable perspective to her practice.
Shaundreca is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness and recovery. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, which remains a grounding and joyful part of her life.
