Traci Gray, AGNP-C
Thomas Greer, FNP-C
Hey there! I’m Tom Greer, FNP-C, and I’m excited to join the East Grant Community Health Center team. I hail from Jena, LA, and have a deep connection to our local clinic here in East Grant.
I kicked off my journey in healthcare by earning my Associate in Nursing from LSUA back in 2008. Right after that, I jumped into the ICU at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, where I worked until I completed my Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky in 2020. With over a decade of ICU experience and nearly four years in long-term care, I bring a wealth of knowledge to primary care.
My passion for healthcare and helping people drives me to stay current with the latest treatments for acute and chronic conditions. I’m all about improving the quality of life for my patients and making everyone feel like they’re part of my extended family. When I’m not at the clinic, you can find me hitting the beach, cruising around in my Jeep, or jamming out to some good music. I’ve been happily married for 19 years and have two amazing kids. I’m thrilled to be a part of the East Grant community and look forward to meeting you!
