Robin Brodnax, FNP

A native of Grant parish, Louisiana, Robin Brodnax, FNP-C received her nursing degree from LSU-Alexandria in 1999. As a registered nurse, she was employed with Christus St. Frances Cabrini School-Based Health Centers for 12 years. Robin received her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from Louisiana State University in New Orleans. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Robin joined the Winn Community Health Center team in July 2015 at the Grant Community School-Based Clinic. Robin is married to her husband, Randy, and they have four children. She is an active member of Wayside Baptist Church in Pollock, Louisiana.

Terri Pizanie, FNP

Native of Grant Parish and graduated from Grant High School in 1990. Earned Associate Degree in Nursing from LSUA in 1998, Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015 from Northwestern State University, and Master of Science in Nursing in 2018 from Northwestern State University. Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As an RN, worked in the community as a Home Health care nurse and worked in various departments of acute care, including two and a half years of Emergency Care. Joined Winn Community Health Center team in August 2018 at the East Grant Community Health Center location in Pollock, La. Married with two daughters.

Lauren Arnold, LCSW

Lauren has practiced social work for the past fifteen years in many different environments including outpatient, school and home setting and with children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience with at risk youth, children in foster care, families experiencing divorce, school issues, oppositional and defiant behavior, and resolving difficult family and interpersonal issues. She also has specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and utilizes this to help clients resolve experiences of trauma including child abuse, sexual abuse and sexual assault. She is skilled in individual, family, and group therapy, delivering integrated behavioral health services, and comfortable working with all people.

Arsenno Williams, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker who believes in empowering others to succeed. Establishing a rapport is paramount during therapy. Once created, I will identify and utilize the most effective therapeutic approach to maximize your time and results. This includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychotherapy. I obtained my Master of Social work degree from Stephen F. Austin in 2013. Since graduating, I have dedicated my life to mental health. Being able to assist those in need is a burning passion. I am grateful to be in this position to help those suffering from unresolved pain and life's difficulties. To alleviate symptoms, the problem has to be addressed.
