Joe Rustom, DDS
Dr. Joseph “Joe” Rustom is a native of Greenwood, MS. In 2010, Joe graduated from Delta State University, Cleveland, MS, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemistry. During the pursuit of his degree, Joe played football for the Delta State Statesmen. After graduation, he enrolled in the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in May, 2014. Joe is married to Leah Rustom, a native of Oakdale, LA. They reside in Winn Parish and are expecting their first child in September.
Jack Daigrepont, DDS
Dr. Jack Daigrepont grew up in Marksville, LA. Jack has been interested in dentistry since starting high school at Marksville High. He graduated from Louisiana College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2012. In 2016, Jack received his D.D.S. degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. Jack is married to Deanna Mutch, a medical student at the Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans. Jack’s interests include reading, hiking, traveling, fishing, and scuba diving. Jack is glad to be back in a rural area and excited to help his patients achieve a better oral health.
H. Kirt Touchstone, III, D.D.S.
Dr. T was born and raised in Monroe, LA. He graduated from Sewanee Military Academy in Tennessee. After attending LA Tech, he then graduated from ULM in December, 1975, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In the fall of 1979, he left his banking career and attended LA College to pursue his pre-dental prerequisites. In May of 1985, he graduated from LSU Dental School. He and his wife, Peggy, then moved to practice dentistry in Alaska where their two children were born. In 1999 they returned to Louisiana where Dr. T was in private practice until joining the staff at Bienville CHC September 1, 2016.
Susie Branch, RDH, DC
Susie’s personal interest has always been preventive health care. In 1994 she graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She graduated from Parker University in 2011 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Using this education, she has spent many hours teaching patients about the benefits of oral care and overall prevention and wellness. Her hobbies include art and sign painting. She is a mother of one son and two daughters.
Clivette Scroggs, RDH
After graduating from Northeast Louisiana University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, Clivette began her career in Winnfield. Over the years, she has proudly served the residents of Winn Parish and surrounding areas to promote and encourage good dental health. In 2012, she became an employee of Winn Community Health Center. Clivette resides in Kelly, Louisiana, with her husband, James, and their two daughters, where they manage their horse and cattle ranch.
