James Wagley, LCSW

Vanguard founder, James Wagley, LCSW-BACS has practiced for the past 39 years as a direct service provider, program planner and administrator for school-based, outpatient, day treatment, residential and acute inpatient behavioral health settings.  For the past 16 years James developed prevention, early intervention and systems of care services for student and their families within a school district in a rural, under-served area of Northwest Louisiana.  He currently delivers program consultation and training for primary care settings delivering integrated behavioral health services.


Lauren Arnold, LCSW

Lauren has practiced social work for the past fifteen years in many different environments including outpatient, school and home settings and with children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience with at risk youth, children in foster care, families experiencing divorce, school issues, oppositional and defiant behavior, and resolving difficult family and interpersonal issues. She also has specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and utilizes this to help clients resolve experiences of trauma including child abuse, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. She is skilled in individual, family, and group therapy, delivering integrated behavioral health services, and is comfortable working with people of all ages.

Stacey Dillard, LCSW

Stacey Dillard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Northwestern State University in 2003.  Stacey worked for the Sabine Program for At-Risk Kids for two years before enrolling in the Master’s Program.  Stacey received her Masters of Social Work with an emphasis on Rural Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University  in 2007.  Stacey returned to the Sabine Parish School Board and worked in programs such as the Parish’s alternative school and Special Education Department.  Next, Stacey was employed at Fort Polk Lousiana US Army and Joint Readiness Training Facility and provided services to our military’s members and families.  Stacey has been employed at the Winn Parish Primary School-based Clinic since August 2013.  Stacey is married with two children.
